Beauty salons and cosmetologists
Customer details, service history, gift cards, packages, payments and invoicing can stay in one workflow.
Industries
KoHe is built for service businesses where customers return, services are sold in packages, payments and invoices need to be tracked and customer notes should be easy to find. It can support different industries without forcing every business into a healthcare workflow.
Many small service businesses start with a calendar, messages and a spreadsheet. That works for a while. As the customer base grows, it becomes harder to see what was agreed, what the customer bought, whether a package still has visits left and what has already been paid or invoiced. Read more about the customer register, invoicing and KoHe.
Examples
Customer details, service history, gift cards, packages, payments and invoicing can stay in one workflow.
Customer preferences, previous services, gift cards, payments and invoicing stay connected to the customer record.
Recurring visits, service packages, gift cards, payment tracking and invoicing can be managed without separate lists.
Training packages, class cards, appointments and invoicing can stay in the same customer workflow.
One system, different workflows
A nail technician, a massage therapist and a personal trainer do not need exactly the same wording or workflow. KoHe can separate healthcare-related use from general service business use, so the customer register, packages and invoicing can stay relevant to the actual work.
Language support is added carefully. The public website can explain KoHe in several languages, while new application languages are enabled when a real customer need appears.
Pilot use
We are looking for pilot users who want to test KoHe in real customer, service, gift card and invoicing workflows.
